CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hello Beautiful Salon, we acknowledge that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We know that your time is valuable and ask that you respect ours as well. Just as we have continued to grow, so has our need for a cancellation policy effective immediately. Please contact the salon or your stylist by phone AT LEAST 24 -hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. (please check with your stylists' policy as it may differ from the salons) This allows us ample time to try and fill that time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
